About Sep

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with people who are tired of surface-level advice and ready for real change. Whether you’re facing the fallout of infidelity, struggling with deep shame, recovering from childhood trauma, or trying to repair a relationship that feels broken, I offer a space where honesty and depth are not only welcome—they’re essential.

I specialize in working with:

·       Couples recovering from betrayal, disconnection, or constant conflict

·       Men navigating identity, porn use, divorce, emotional shutdown, or anger

·       Women healing from narcissistic abuse, low self-worth, and past sexual trauma

·       Clients exploring personality dynamics (including BPD/NPD)

·       Neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD), and those from kink and ENM communities

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and psychoanalytic thinking. I’m trained in:

·       EMDR for trauma processing and emotional stuckness

·       Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) for personality structure and identity work

·       Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couple repair

·       Psychodynamic therapy to explore the unconscious roots of behavior and relational patterns

I take a direct but compassionate approach—no empty affirmations, no quick-fix strategies. I listen closely to how you speak about your world, and I help you begin to hear yourself in a new way. That’s where real change starts.

As a first-generation immigrant raised in the U.S., I understand the complex pressures of navigating identity, culture, and belonging. This perspective shapes my work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those who’ve never felt fully “at home” in their own lives or relationships.

Outside the therapy room, I stay grounded through movement, music, and meaningful conversation. Whether I’m boxing, hiking, or reading something that challenges me, I’m always looking for what brings more truth into life.

If you’re ready to do the kind of work that leaves a lasting impact—not just temporary relief—I invite you to reach out.
