About Anna

We all exist in a world of stories–stories about who we are, where we’ve been, and what we believe is possible. Sometimes, those stories can become limiting or painful. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I am grateful for the chance to walk alongside my clients as they examine their narratives with empathy and imagination. I often say that healing is not the flipping of a switch, but the building of a muscle. We’re not working toward a quick-fix or a Band-Aid. We’re working toward sustainable, meaningful, personal change.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating the layered complexities of generational patterns, shifting roles, and evolving relationships. Conflict in these areas is inevitable, but it doesn’t need to be insurmountable. I use a combination of Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help my clients build a healthy relationship with both conflict and resilience as they work through communication breakdowns or recurring issues.

As we journey together, expect a lot of metaphors, illustrations, and creative approaches to practical challenges. I believe that while therapy is work, it should also be an opportunity for your spirit to play–to chase new possibilities and, in doing so, foster deeper connections. We’ll explore the way those connections show up and shape you, whether that’s in your relationship with yourself, your past, your partner, your child, or any sticky piece of your story that shows up along the way.

Outside of the therapy room, I can be found on the candle aisle of any store, enjoying nature with my family and dogs, or singing unashamedly on my bicycle in a park.
